  • Store it alone in its pouch (included), away from light

And because every Mahny piece is made to last: free and unlimited repairs on the assembly.

What does "Assembly Warranty" mean?

Every Mahny piece of jewelry is carefully hand-assembled. Should a manufacturing component fail (e.g., a clasp, a ring, a chain), I will repair it free of charge, with no time limit. This is my way of guaranteeing you jewelry made to last. This warranty covers assembly only; a small additional charge may apply if new materials are needed or a stone is lost.
Will my stone be exactly like in the picture?

As each stone is natural and unique, slight variations in color or reflections may occur compared to the photo. Your jewelry will be similar, but with its own signature, making it a truly unique piece.
What are your delivery times? How can I track my order?

Your orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, with two options: tracked letter, without insurance, or Colissimo, with insurance and enhanced tracking. Please allow 3 to 8 business days to receive your jewelry.

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking email is automatically sent to you with your tracking number. Remember to check your junk mail, as it sometimes ends up there.
What is your return policy

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Simply return the jewelry in its original condition and packaging, without having to provide a reason. A refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.
