How do I know if the ring is my size?

All our rings are adjustable to perfectly fit your finger, whatever the season.
Will my stone be exactly like the one in the photo?

As each stone is natural and unique, slight variations in color or reflections may occur compared to the photo. Your jewelry will be similar, but with its own signature, making it a truly unique piece.
What does "Assembly Warranty" mean?

Each Mahny jewel is carefully hand-assembled. If a manufacturing element fails, such as a clasp, a ring, or a chain breaking, I will repair it free of charge, with no time limit. This is my way of guaranteeing you a piece of jewelry made to last. This warranty covers the assembly only; a small supplement may be requested if new materials or a lost stone are needed.
What are your delivery times? How can I track my order?

Your orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, with two options: tracked letter (without insurance) or Colissimo (with insurance and enhanced tracking). Please allow 3 to 8 business days to receive your jewelry.

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking email with your tracking number will be automatically sent to you. Remember to check your spam folder, as it sometimes ends up there.
What is your return policy

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Simply return the jewelry in its original condition and packaging, without needing to provide a reason. The refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
